Because our items are custom and handmade just for you, unless they arrive damaged or defective we are unable to refund or exchange your item. If your product is damage or defective, please submit a claim and indicate any mishap with your order to our email within four days from the delivery date. The package must be returned (if applicable) in the same conditions in which the package was sent so that the money can be fully refunded.

As a small family business, we process our own claims.   We appreciate your patience as we complete your claim. It is our passion to make our customers feel satisfied with their purchase.

The product may take up to two weeks to ship from the date of your order. If you need something rushed, please let me know BEFORE ordering so that I can let you know if I can accommodate your request. We send our products via USPS Priority Mail to the indicated address. If the product is ready before delivery, we will send you an email indicating when you will receive the order. In the same way, if a problem arises with the order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

At Surprise! Made by Me, we will like to thank all our customers for respecting our artistry and designs made by us. The designs are uniquely and exclusively ours, no copies or replicas of our products are allowed. Help us maintain the exclusivity and uniqueness of our products made by our hands.
